Above is a link between people of India and the government in real sense of the word. I came to know about it a few days ago. Unfortunately, I don't know how fast we get responses and fortunately, I've not felt the need to use it.
It is an online portal where we can lodge complaints pertaining to any of the state governments, or any of the ministries of central government.
Please make full use of it, whenever you feel the need. We must never blame the government without communicating with them, and when we are getting such an opportunity, I would request all to make use of it.
